Control and data acquisition system

The core of Hance dynamometer's instrument control system is the HD-3000 control and data acquisition system. Dyn Pro provides operators with complete control over the dynamo meter's functions, offering comprehensive data acquisition of test results.

The HD-3000 controls and acquires data through numerous accessories, including a smoke meter, emissions analyzer, engine instrumentation unit (pressure and temperature channels), heavy-duty diesel engine electronic interface (ECM channel), and fuel measurement unit.

The HD-3000 system is computer-based and runs in a Windows environment. It includes all the features of a laboratory-grade control system, providing a user-friendly point-and-click interface.

The HD-3000 system includes an industrial-grade control cabinet containing a fan filtration system, power management system, and surge voltage protection. The durable and feature-rich control cabinet allows for flexible installation of the HD-3000 system, whether in the harsh environment of a dynamometer testing room or the comfort of an operator's control room.
